1. Bookings

• All bookings must be made through the online booking system on our website.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• No cancellations or refunds are available once your booking is confirmed.

• You may reschedule your session if we are notified at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

• Reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be accepted and your payment will be forfeited.

3. Arrival & Time Management

• Please arrive on time, your hire period starts and ends at the booked times.

• Setup and pack-down must be during your booking hours.

• Late pack-downs may incur a £25 charge per 30 minutes after booking.

• Access will not be granted before your scheduled start time.

4. Studio Use

• The studio may be used only for photography, videography or creative production.

• Event hire is only available by prior consultation only. Events require bespoke pricing, approval and a separate hire contract before confirmation.

• No smoking, vaping or open flames allowed.

• Please do not stick, tape or pin anything to the walls or furniture.

• Any damage or breakage will be charged at full replacement cost.

5. Equipment & Props

• Lighting, backdrops and props listed on the equipment page are included in your hire.

• Handle all items with care and return them to their original positions after use.

• Personal equipment must be safe to use and PAT-tested if powered.

6. Cleanliness & Conduct

• Please leave the space clean and tidy, ready for the next booking.

• Glitter, confetti, powder, paint or similar materials must be approved in advance.

• A £40 cleaning fee will apply if the studio is left in poor condition.

• Aggressive, disrespectful or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

7. Liability

• Seven Studios accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage to personal property.

• The Hirer is responsible for all guests and activity during the session.

• Any damage to the studio or equipment will be charged to the Hirer.

• Seven Studios shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries or incidents that occur during the hire.

• It is the Hirer’s responsibility to have Public Liability Insurance if required and to ensure all activity is carried out safely and appropriately.

8. Social Media

• The Seven Studios name or logo cannot be used for paid advertising without prior written consent.

9. Acceptance

By completing your booking and payment online, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

10. Applicable Law

All agreements shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
